Advice for taking care of yourself

Taking good care of yourself is generally not a problem when everything is running smoothly. But in times of crisis, self-care is the first thing that is deleted. Ironic, because that's when self-care is super important. Never before have there been so many burnouts (in 2019, 1 in 6 employees experienced burnout complaints).
