Food full of proteins


The Dutch Information Center For Dietary Supplements & Health investigated whether our lifestyle has changed in recent months. A whopping 45% said they had lost the sport. Fortunately, the sports clubs and schools are open again and we can get back on our feet. Make sure you get enough protein to support your muscle building. Below is a handy overview of the most protein-rich foods divided by category.
